You can ask moderators but no promises can be given. By changing plan, the charge was agreed. It warns also.

If you change your plan in between renewal...you are forfieting whatever balance is left in the first plan and you'll pay for the new selection right away.

PM is a prepaid service provider. There is no refund for prepaid plan in Canada.
