US-Canada Plan with 2 GB US Data and 8 Canada Data Now Only 2 GB

I haven't signed in for a while, but when I just did it says I only have 2 GB of 3G data, rather than the 10 (Canada) plus 2 (US) that I should have. Why did my plan change? Why am I getting charged for 8 GB but being given 2 GB?

@ottawa That's the case with all Canada/US plans (no unlimited data, even for 5G).

$40 (or 40 $) in QC for 50GB on a 90-day payment cycle (150GB/90 days). Agreed, $55/60GB for QC customers.

And a point of interest, that $40 Canada-US plan appears to be a 5G plan where data stops after allotment, instead of continuing at 0.5Mbps (at least, I have one relative who's on it, and their Add-Ons are still shown as active). I assume other Canada-US that don't mention "unlimited" are the same, but only have the one data point.

@BKNS27 $55 is only in Quebec. It's $65 for the rest of us (or $60 if on a 90 day subscription).

@DJ_PM

You must be on an old PM plan because the Canada/US plan with 60gb of data at 5G speed is now $55.

Plans change about every month so keep your eyes on new plans. Black Friday and Boxing Day have the best deals.

Please note that 3G have been discontinued in the US since February 22, 2022 so all calling will be on 2G or 4G/LTE or VoLTE (if your phone is compatible).

Also, since you are a longtime member. You need to create a Eversafe ID now for your security protection which was recently introduced so click on Sign Up before login to your account.
