Good Evening,
I am in Florida and have purchased the US Text / Data for $15.00 and it is not working. I urgently need my phone number to work as I am expecting important calls
I have been also double charge for these add ons in January and in December.
Please review my account, but please get my number working.

There's no text and data plan for $15. Do you mean talk and text? What phone are you using? Talk in the US is dependent on a VoLTE compatible device. Is text working?

Login to Self-Serve and make sure you the add-on has been selected. It's possible the payment to purchase the add-on was deposited into account but the add-on itself was not actually selected (and activated). Hopefully you can find a free wifi hotspot at a fast food place or wherever to get onto the internet for this.
You may have to manually select the operator/network/carrier (T-Mobile or AT&T), as @Handy1 suggested above. And you may need to manually configure APN settings for that network if your add-on is intended to provide data and/or MMS attachments.

@DomenicMGA Ensure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings . And set phone to 4G/LTE and connect to Ta mobile or AT&T . If still issue with voice try phone set to 2G and connect to T MOBILE
