US Add-on failed to add

I added a US Talk/Text $15 plan two days ago and while it shows in my recent payments it has not been added to my account and now I am stuck in the US with no service. Help!!!!

Is this a re-buy? Or the first time you've bought add-ons this trip? Are you seeing the amount you paid in your balance?

After clicking that little refresh icon, this is what the add-ons should like? (I don't have the data one)

@computergeek541  I sent the pic to show op where to see it added in his account , as op mentioned being charged but not added to his account

For most up to date account info


The $15 roaming package includes unlimited calling and text messsaging but no data. Thus, there wouldn't be any reason to check the usage amounts in Self Seve.

@Burlont  Make sure your connected to T mobile and reboot the device ,,, check add on and usage here

@Burlont , please access the self serve account using incognito mode on the browser to ensure current information is being viewed.  If the US roaming add-on is showing in the account, make sure the phone is connecting to T-Mobile.  Manually perform the connection if auto connection is not working.  As for talk, this feature will only work where T-Mobile has 2G coverage.  The entire 3G network in the US is no longer in service.
