U.S.A. Canada temporary calling plan

I am in the USA and need a 15 day temporary USA Canada calling plan. My plan only overs Canada and worldwide messaging. However, I have to make called from the USA to Canada and wonder if there are any special add-ons.

@Mauli  this screenshot suggests that you had $15 in available funds so that no further payment was/is required. Check your PM app to see if the addon is there.  OR You can ask PM to check the account for you.   submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

I have another problem now. I purchased my first 15 days at the beginning of this month. Now I have to purchase another 15 days, but I received a message that the payment failed (see attachment). I have a valid credit card listed, and it worked fine 15 days ago. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve that issue? It doesn't give me a chance to change the payment option.

Thank you for your suggestion. Everything is ok now. I have purchased the 15-day US rooming and talk add-on.

get to a wifi area, log in to your account and buy one of the 15 Day US Roaming add-ons starting at $15. You MUST have a cell that is VoLTE recognized by Public Mobile...otherwise your calls won't complete.

Yes, go onto WiFi, log into your account and you can purchase a 15 day US addon for $30 which will including calling texting and 3GB of data.

@Mauli  Login to your my account page and check out your subscription. From there, you can manage add-ons by purchasing any available. There should be a talk text option for you, similar to the below. Hope this helps
