Hello,
I've had an account with my first phone all set up for a couple years. I recently bought a SIM card for my second phone. I set it up, chose a number, payment info, and it has been working great for months. I can only see the first phone's account information in my account. When I type in my second phone number to create an account, it says it's already registered.
I typed in my email addresses with 'forgot password' and only the one email is associated with Public Mobile.
How can I access my second phone's account?

@keeper one email address per phone account in PM My Account system.
Some people used email alias trick to get around the system. Not sure if you used that or if you remember.
In case you really not remember the logon credentials, open a ticket with the mod: click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
you can get to open ticket faster by typing: Fogot log in information, then click "Contact Us" and then Click "Click her to submit a ticket"
you will then got to another page to open ticket. There, you will be prompted to enter your COMMUNITY credentials to validate your identity,

Each account has to have separate associated e-mails and thus separate accounts (phone numbers).
You could use 'same' email address and corresponding alias e-mail for e-mail messages from PM or Community (it will go into your ONE e-mail box) but still each PM account will be separate (2 accounts, 2 e-mails, 2 passwords, 2 credit card charges, etc.).

When you created your second account you would have had to use a different email account. Each account must have a separate email. Try logging in with your other known accounts.

Only can have one email address for each phone number. If you accidently signed up your 2nd account with the same email address, you will need to contact moderator to set up a 2nd self service account for you with a different email address.
Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website. Type: self service. Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help
