Trying to change my plan

I'm trying to downgrade my plan but I have no idea how. The chat tells me to go to overview and click change plan but I absolutely can't find that. Help?

After logging in to your account go to Plan & Add-Ons, Click on Change My Plan, pick Plan and select Change plan on renewal date or Change plan now. Use little arrows at right hand side to navigate through plans.

To change plan sign into my Account and go to plan add-ons tab and use yellow arrow to scroll thru 3G and 4G plans .

Once you find plan you want be sure to change on renewal date . So you don’t lose out on current cycle

log in on a laptop using incognito mode. Go to your account / Plan and Add ons / Change my Plan (right side of page)...select the plan desired.
