Hello,
I am trying to activate the sim cards and switch their phone number to Public Mobile for my mom and brother. I already bought PM sim cards and when I try to activate online it gives me error code 821. I already tried again on Google Chrome on incognito mode and it still did not work. Any help would be great.

@albaric2 - confirm charges were made for the activation attempts.
Insert SIMs and perform one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings on your device

ERROR 821
Usually is missing/incorrect porting information. Your SIM card will need provisioning to your incomplete account activation. Send a private message to customer support with "incomplete activation" in the subject line and explain in detail your issue. Once the CSA's set up correctly you will be able to finish your self serve account set up.
Best approach is to open an account, activate SIM, pick any number, confirm everything works (SMS/calls/Internet) and Then port number.

@albaric2 If porting team do not see your porting request and said the SIM has not been activated. Confirm your credit card once again and if you don't see PM charged you, then you are safe to try activation again.
I suggest you to just activate WITHOUT porting. Pick a random number first
Once activated, make sure the service works, incoming and outgoing calls. Once confirmed, then you can go to My Account , click Change Number and submit porting request there

@albaric2 DO NOT try to try activate again. Error 821 is a problem with the information you provided for porting (Could be they expect Account number but you entered IMEI #)
Check the Credit card, PM should have charged you already
Put the SIM in a phone, and it should be able to connect to PM network already, and possibly able to make outgoing calls
