hey there,
I have tried to login self serve, but I forgot my password. Following the instruction, I provide my email address to reset the password, and was told I had been locked out and I need to contact Public Mobile for help. So I'm here...hope anyone can help me out. Thank you

@keepasa Yes, the lock is only 1 hour , at least the first time. I forgot if it will trigger a longer lock if it is locked again.

@keepasa Correct that after too many attempts with incorrect login information the account gets locked, however, you can usually retry again after an hour.
Edit: Additionally it would probably be a good idea to also clear your cache/cookies and use another browser before retrying after the session lock.

@dingtianlidi To reset My Account password, use the Chatbot to open ticket with PM, you can do this to get to ticket opening quicker:
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

or you can Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,
