I just bought a SIM in a telus store. I created an account online yesterday and now the website and app are bugging so I cannot get into the website or the app to activate my SIM.
I'm on a log in loop on the website and on the app when I try and log in the page is not even loading.
I've already paid the $45 for the SIM plan I want.
I'm connected to WIFI and have tried logging in online via safari, chrome, brave and chrome incognito. I'm getting the same error loop for all platforms.
Feeling frustrated.

Have you tried completing Activation with the Public Mobile App?
