Has anyone else had trouble signing into the community today? I am unable to sign in on my tablet as every time I do it accepts my sign in but then just brings you back to you not being signed in so I can browse but I cannot post I've tried clearing my cache different browsers using incognito mode to no avail. It is not limited to my community name at least on my tablet anyhow. Just a little frustrating as I'm forced to use mobile data on my phone to access this site. Does anyone have any ideas or troubleshooting for this one ? Thanks!.

Yes, I understand that just mentioning their hours and still the best method over tagging is the trouble ticket even if it is taking some time.
I know Private messages aren't working consistently so unfortunately one of the downfalls of PM is sometimes it can take days to resolve an issue

@ShawnC13 I first tagged them and the moderator team about 2 1/2 hours ago when I noticed it wasn't just me having an issue.

Alan and Tiana are usually gone by this time as it is 6:30 in TO. I think they are more the 8 or 9-5 schedule

@Customer41 Yes this is very frustrating for anyone trying to communicate with @CS_Agent . Maybe this second tag will wake somebody up to at least aknowledge the problem and reassure customers that tickets will remain open while they fix the problem. @Tiana_V and @Alan_K can you two get moderators to reply by email or open a thread that doesn't discuss private details but basic responses like: "Its fixed check account." or " You've been verified were working on it." When I try to reply to the moderator for a porblem with dropped calls, I get "waitingforproductioncommunity.publicmobile.ca" while the little wheel spins slowly. The longest I waiting was over 30 minutes and then I got a message that said "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested." Very aggravating. No doubt the moderator will soon send me a message saying they are closing my file because I haven't responded but it is impossible to respond when the system is hanging like this. I am working on othr sites today - no problem - just this one.

I was trying to register onto the community today and the site was very slow, had to fill out the form 4 times before it worked, i'm suspecting the Captcha was not working well as the cause.

@Ed404 Yes it kind of comes and goes. Able t reply to thus but private message replies are going to this site can't be reached.

Yep, I'm getting it now. Noticed it a couple times earlier. I even got it when I hit reply button for this.

I just had a couple of minutes where it was really slow for me as well. They better wake up the hamster that fell asleep in the wheel for the server to keep us going

Nice!!!! My son's phone was having issues with Spotify saying he wasn't connected tot eh internet I look for any answers couldn't find it. Did the hard reset and back up and running fine. I guess it just cleared out some of those cobwebs hanging around.

Have you tried a Hard reset on your tablet? Power and Volume Up or Down (can't remember) until it power cycles?

@ShawnC13 No. My tablet does need a new battery so occasionally it will shut itself off which it did this time. But I've tried multiple ways of signing in no Tabs are open I've cleared the browsers I've tried different browsers I tried incognito mode and it just allows me to sign in and then sign in comes up again and I sign in and it looks like I've done it successfully and it will tell me to I have to sign in again it just will not bring my profile Avatar up instead of sign in. Fortunately I've remained signed in on my phone but I would rather not be using mobile data to be on the community . Any other ideas?

Today when I opened up the community it had logged me out. Works fine for me right now.

I haven't had any issues with mobile or desktop. I know on my desktop if I opened a second tab it would log out my first session and make me log into it on the new tab. Do you have multiple tabs open that might be logging you out of your old session?
