Due to having trouble using the service(no signal for quite some time now), had my number transfered to another provider. One simple question related to current month payment refund: got charged this month's bill on the second of Sept. , yet today I have no service and no data at all. Should I get some refund from Public Mobile since I will not use and can not use your service anymore. Can someone in your customer service or accounting department reply me ASAP, because I don't know if I can login in your community in the very near future.

Sorry, PM is a prepaid carrier with no refund. They will try to make it work but they won't provide refund
