What phone do you have? is that new activation or existing?

if new activation, make sure your old carrier sim card is removed.

And try Reboot phone and reset network settings on the phone.  

if same, PM support can help,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
