I am trying to pay for my plan. I have had issues in the past, signing into this platform is usually a nightmare I try to avoid. I just want my phone to work without needing to wait a week for a response back from a community chat. I'm not sure if it is because they updated all their plans and will no longer let me continue with mine. I've tried on multiple browsers and devices. It is the same bank card as last time. I'm feeling sick and kind of want to have a working phone in case I need to call someone in an emergency 😂 It looks like I might need to wait a week.

I think I must have logged in 8 seperate times with a verification code needed each time. This kept me busy for an hour. I finally got through to submit a ticket. But I could only submit a sentence.

hi @Nik1
PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

It is the only card I have. It has been over a week with no phone service. I never knew how limiting not having a phone is. I need to make time sensitive calls. I'm not joining Telus if this is the motive.

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).
Here is some more information:

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC or dial 611 to make a manual payment using vouchers to restore service.
Vouchers can be purchased from: 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples.
You also need to login to your account and update on the PM app or website then go to Payment tab then Update Card Information for future AutoPay.
Also check if the Subscribe button is enabled for AutoPay.
This would be faster than waiting for a CS_Agent to reply back.
