I just got my new public mobile sim, downloaded the app. I went along with the porting process and I got to step 6 and it locked up and said "Subscription not activated". I tried clicking "Get support" and it directs me to login on my phone, I try and then it locks up in the web browser. I am on my desktop now for this message.
How to I get in contact with someone to fix this issue and get my number ported over?

Thank you I sent them a message. Do you know why this would have happened and what the solution might be?

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
