Travelling to Mexico

Is there any charges when we are visiting Mexico if we use our phone and data?

@Watters sorry, no Mexico addon.  If you need to use the PM service in Mexico, you need to choose one of the Canada/US/Mexico plan.  Check your My Account's Change Subscription page.  Usually we suggest people to change plan using Change on Renewal.  But if you current cycle ends before your Mexican trip, you might want to use Change Now to make an immediate plan change on the day you go Mexico (but unused days on the current cycle will be forfeited, no partial refund)

or if this is just a short trip and you don't want to make change to your current plan, you will have to use local mobile data or travel esim.  But that will only give you data service, you won't receive text or voice call with that.

I have a Canada/US plan how do I add on the Mexico part?

if you have a Canada/Mx/us calling plan, you should be good to go. If you wanna call a Cdn number while in Mx, try this dialing ...+1...area code...number. 

If you don't have a Canada/Mx/us plan, you can upgrade to whichever plan is available in your account...just remember you likely can't easily downgrade when you get home. 

Make sure to enable Data Roaming...matter of fact...enable it and just leave it enabled. PM is a prepaid service so you'll never get surprise bill for "overages" later on. No pasa nada amigo.

if you have a Canada/US/Mexico plan, then you can use your phone in Mexico with no extra charges.  Remember to enable Mobile Roaming data

but if you don't have the plan, you cannot use the PM service there as there is no roaming add-on to buy, you can only access the service with the Canada/US/Meixco plan
