I will be switching phone companies, do I need to do anything if I am bringing my phone number to a new service company? 

Is there any charges when we are visiting Mexico if we use our phone and data? 

For the last few weeks when I am on the phone my calls are being dropped. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing is working.
