I am new to Public Mobile and have ported three phone numbers over. All of the numbers are not sending messages but have taken from our previous provider. The network says it is on Public Mobile, I signed up yesterday and nothing has changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you I will do that right away. My daughter's phone doesn''t even show her phone number but she can make calls. Would this be the same thing?

PM has problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And if you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
