I tried to sign up for the 100 gb US plan 01APR2024. I had to buy a sim card. The SIM card came in the mail and I tried to register and sign up for the plan. The plan was no longer listed and when I have tried the love chat for a few days and it is always down.
The portrait I am getting is not hat of a reputable company.

If you signed up at the time and signed up for the CAN/US plan and Public Mobile sent you out a SIM card, please create a ticket and reach out to a CS Agent to see what the next steps are.

sorry, the Canada-US plans are no longer available for now.
PM used to have the plan on and off, so, maybe wait a bit and you will see it.
