I am having difficulties trying to set up a new account. I purchased a SIM card and got to the payment portion and cannot proceed any further

hi @Abby_hart 

if payment not taken yet, try delete PM app, reboot phone , reinstall and use another email to create another account and try again 

but if )M already charged to you,  then you will have to over a ticket with PM support agent
