Hi, I would like to transfer from Koodo to Public Mobile- already contacted Koodo and they have noted the transfer request and guided me to this website for the next step. Please advise what the process is. Thanks, Naji.

Remember to keep the Koodo SIM in your phone and wait for the text confirming you are switching over to PM.
Once you confirmed with YES, you will need to power off the phone and switch the activated SIM.

If the Koodo is the prepaid version then as above. If it's postpaid then you can do this yourself. If you've already activated then you can use the change number function. If you haven't activated then you can do it during activation. And if not activated then don't forget to use a referral code to get a $10 credit.

Transferring A Number From TELUS, Koodo Or PC Mobile?
If you wish to transfer an existing number from TELUS Prepaid, TELUS Postpaid, or Koodo Postpaid, the process will be the same as transferring in from a different carrier.
If you wish to transfer an existing number from Koodo Prepaid or PC Mobile, you will need to first complete your activation with a new number, then reach out to our Customer Support Agent (CSA) team here in order to transfer your existing number to Public Mobile.
