I just recently transferred over my Public Mobile phone number to my Koodo account, but now I cannot access my Public Mobile account because of that.
I just recently paid my bill for the month of July and I couldn't access my account anymore.
Does anyone know how I could still continue on using the services on Public Mobile? I still have autopay setup on the Public Mobile account.

If you transfer your number to another provider, you will not have access to the Public Mobile service. The account is deemed closed.
Refunds are also not provided.
To remove the automatic payment, you need to contact a Public Mobile agent and ask them to remove it from the file so that future charges are not applied to the card.

Once you port your number out, your account is closed. The SIM is also cancelled from the system, you would need a new one to start up again.

Hey @michaelhawk
When you port out your phone number, it automatically closes your PM account.
