Transferred SIM card to new phone, I reset APN as directed, cannot send gifs or pics.
I have re-booted, double checked, etc.
Can you reset from your end at Public Mobile to see if that fixes it, please?

I had to re-enter in the APN, even though it was already set for it. I just had to create a new one with the same settings and set it for that option. All good now. 🙂 Thank you all!

What do you show for the "APN Type" field in your APN settings?

I just figured out how to send a message to them directly. Thank you!!

Thank you all so much. I have done those things and checked them again. This has happened before when I upgraded my phone and the customer service people usually have to re-set on their end. It's an Umidigi F3, nothing fancy, but it does what I want. 🙂

What is the make and model of your new phone?
Check to see if Send as SMS and MMS messaging are enabled and Cellular Data is enabled on an iPhone.

Ensure that Data is enabled in Settings on the phone.
