Transfering numebr issues

I have already responded to the previous provider to authorize the transfer request and have put in the new sim card into my iphone. I also got a message from Public Mobile saying there was trouble transferring my number because I enterend an incorrect ESN/MEID and that someone would contact me. I havent recieved any form of contact and would like help in fixing this issue.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you complete your porting.

It is alway better to use your old account number rather than the IMEI.

there is a porting team to call , provide them the missing info.  I will message you the phone number, check Community inbox

@Urgyen  Should have just used old providers accounts number not the IMEI .no worries will send you the port team number private message and just give them the account number this time and get it fixed
