I referred a friend and she transfered her phone number to Publik Mobile. We are two senior ladies. We didn't know how to include my referral during the sign up process so we  tried everything to submit a ticket from her  and from my account, and spent hours trying, to ask for points for referring a friend. it's IMPOSSIBLE!!! We tried from the website AND from the app, I cleared my browsing history and cashe, but nothing worked! We are neighbours, we live at the same address. I introduced her to Publick mobile, guided her trough whole process, and now I can't get my points, such a shame! Even now it's been my fifth time since I tried to submit a ticket! Their website and app are si poorly made! Is there any chance we can get our reward? Who to contact and how?
