Transfer to new device trouble - failed eSIM installation

Hello,

I am trying to activate/transfer my number and cellular network to a new phone and I am having a lot of difficulty. I followed all of the steps and troubleshooting. Every time I try to install the new eSIM it fails and says "Error. Something went wrong. Please try again". It has failed more than 3 times and I have not received any QR code. I just want to use my new phone with my same number and subscription.

hi @allykitkat 

can you double check if the PM  eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?

if yes, then you need to manually enable it

but if it is not there you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
