Can I cancel my subscription before activating?

I subscribed to the $20 deal earlier today but have not been able to activate. How do I cancel my subscription? It seems like I cannot access the full Public Mobile account yet because I have not activated. Can I get a refund on my $20 plus tax? Thanks

@Vivian101  support can help , but if you just don’t want the service then you need ask support to remove credit card on file
