@caperme Is this Koodo pre paid like PM or post paid . If pre paid you need support to help you transfer the number . If post paid using the IMeI could be the issue it’s not needed ignore IMEI @caperme @and just give Koodo account number . I’ll send you the porting team phone number private message and they ca re trigger the port request for you
