I am not able to send a ticket I get an error I would like to transfer my Koodo phone number to public mobile

@Tonymass  If it’s Koodo pre paid you need support help if it’s Koodo post paid  you can do it your self in my account … transfer number

Just pick option under my first red circle in pic to transfer
