The process by which I'm supposed to transfer my number from Koodo is not working. I enter the chatbot you guys have provided, it asks me to 'Submit a ticket' and then the page it takes me to doesn't exist either due to a 404 error on some issue on your end with your servers. I've waited two days now since activating my account and the page still not available. If I can't transfer my number over asap I'll have to just cancel my public plan and go with someone else. Any help would be appreciated in the meantime!
