i had two numbers on my name with koodoo. first transfer went thru no problem. tried transferring my other number ...used the second device (different email)and got second sim in mail. kept the koodo sim in to get text from them and oked transfer.
public mobile new sim (2nd device) unable to login with email that was used to order sim says "Forbidden1" despite inputting 2 factor input from email. unable to complete calls says B1A or something like that the calling number rings but unable to complete. is my sim activated? no live person to troubleshoot!!! how can i fix this issue?
first number transfer went thru no problem. Can you have two different numbers on two devices with public? is it an id issue ??

did you use two different emails to create the two accounts?
first first activation was good, then put it aside
the 2nd one, you need a different email address for PM My Account and Subscription, did you do that?

i think you need PM to sort it out
You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
