Hi, I want to change my subscription. But my 30 days cycle just started few days ago. If I select change immediately option, does it mean I will get a full charge and lost my previous balance? Thanks

Since PM is a prepaid service. You will not get any refund/credit on unused days. You will be charged right away on the new plan plus what you paid on the old plan.

Highly recommend to change on your next renewal date.

sorry, if you use Change Now, PM will charge you new plan now and no partial refund on the remaining days of your current plan

I suggest you wait till you used up your data on the current plan before you make the change

Yes...best is to Change at next renewal...otherwise you pay now and lose whatever balance of talk/text/data in current subscrption.
