I also called Telus service of landline, it's confirmed the porting is done.
But at PM side, it's still not working.

For landline ports, you do not need to confirm SMS confirmation text (since Landlines can't receive texts). However, as stated earlier, landlines will take several days to be completed. Once your landline stops working, then your port will be completed.

you won't be able to login My Account until the number is ported, which will take around 3 to 7 days
if you want to confirm the porting status, call the porting support team
