I lost my cell phone, trying to transfer my phone number to new SIM Card however I don't know the email address it's linked to

@addymacdonald   No worry, just open ticket with PM Support and they can sort out the login credentials issue for you.  

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

Don't know what email my ex husband used

That's the issue, my ex husband set it up for my daughter and think they typed in the wrong email.  Checked junked and saved email.  Also tried signing in with her email and saying forgot password...Sends a validation code but nothing comes in.  And because she lost her cell phone can send code through text

It should be the email address associated with your self serve account.
