1. I used the Public Mobile to create an account & buy eSIM
2. I submit a transfer for my Rogers Phone number
3. 5 minutes after, I receive a txt from rogers and confirm my transfer request. I reply YES
4. 95 minutes after, I received a Public Mobile txt message that "we have not received your response yet". I call the Public Mobile 1-800 and it indictes I do not have a transfer request for my phone number
I resubmit a transfer request and the issue re-occurs. Please help?

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
