Need help - transfer not in full working mode

I just transferred my phone number, along with both of my sons’ numbers, from Freedom to Public Mobile. I have already confirmed and authorized the transfer. I am able to make calls, but I am unable to receive texts or incoming calls. My mobile network does not show Public Mobile. Please advise. This transfer was done earlier this afternoon, and it is still not working.  Thanks!

actually, there is a choice to ask them to call back at a different number

but another way is to submit ticket, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

Thanks.  I called the number, no live assistance and I cant receive tla text.  They wouldn't be able to call me as it goes straight to my vm ( Public mobile set up vm works but recievinh vm msg is not receiving neither)

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

And in case the poring team cannot help and ask you to submit ticket (or you rather submit ticket anyway),  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
