It's possible that there's a lot of messages from the recent billing & activation issues such as this one. Hang tight, it'll get sorted out.

Yep I have been having this issue for two days no and no response seems like a few of us got affected.  No idea why.  If your data still works you can use skype or fongo to call out but its not ideal.
