Anyone have expeirence buying the vouchers (real-time ones?) in Kitchener - Waterloo area?

What can I do? PM Mod said they'd remove block for me to pay with my debit card within 24-48 hours, then later they message me again saying 24-48 days... now when I go to search voucher as they recommended, all the stores they lead me to are non exis...

Unable to add Credit Card "Unable to process this transaction"

I lost my debit card and had it replaced with new expiry and security code so I tried to re-add after my autopay failed when I forgot, and I am unable to add a new credit card and reactivate my plan. It just says unable to process transaction

My account was "Suspended" and I paid the amount in the self serve menu to zero my balance out, however still none of my services (text, call, data) work. My account shows as now being active. I messaged @CS_Agent but their profile shows they haven't...
