My account was "Suspended" and I paid the amount in the self serve menu to zero my balance out, however still none of my services (text, call, data) work. My account shows as now being active. I messaged @CS_Agent but their profile shows they haven't been inactive for a long time. Who would I contact instead? Can I message any "PM" user?

i keep getting this Unable to process this transaction.
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.

This is unbelievable. What kind of customer services is this, @CS_Agent?????
At least give some update that there is system wide problem and you are working on it. Complete silence is unacceptable and really bad customer experience.

This is my list from VISA. The $314 is from this morning. Might be another one cuz I tried a payment through *611.

@d16lee I had a similar worry about that problem earlier, I tried to top up to $0, but got an error message, and later tried topping up as a custom amount to my plans cost which worked. I hope I am not charged twice for this as it is prepaid and I'm not sure if they'll be okay with a chargeback, despite it looking like a bug in their website. Hope you get it fixed.

I have similar issue. I've tried to pay 4 more times today and each time, it says it's declined, but VISA says there is 4 transactions, PLUS the one that went through yesterday.
