Indeed you can. Many can interact with simon just fine however if ai is not your thing it is perfectly acceptable to keep your sanity and use private messaging to contact them.

I believe you can create a ticket by clicking on the question mark icon on the bottom right

There are ways to even skip those entire human/moderator/account specific question steps. It is, however, something that Public Mobile doesn't like seeing being discussed.
