Ticket form does not work

I filled out that form accurately to do a return for a phone that does not function properly. No matter how accurately I filled out form, the "Next button" will not highlight so I can submit ticket. I noticed selecting either the "yes" or "no" selection buttons on the form about where the return package will be mailed to, cancels out the selection above that line that has you select "return" or "exchange". They are linked together and should not be and there is no one on the other side to tell this to. The form never gets properly filled out because of this  glitch in their system. The bot is not helpful because I cannot talk to someone. What is my next step?

Exactly this issue!  The form for the ticket was driving me nuts.  Just PMd support.

@Gillis  is this about ticket with CPO phone orders?  if so, yes, the Chatbot still have problem for that type of ticket,  just private message PM Support

I have the exact same problem as you!  Its 23 March and this problem still not fixed.  Will try the private message as others have suggested.

Seems there is a glitch on the return form.

Maybe print out the return form, fill it out, scan or screen screen and attach by private messaging.

Just private message them by clicking on the envelope icon on top of this page.

No, ticketing does not work since few weeks ago.

Be ready to provide account information to CSA to confirm your identity.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

I could be problem on that form.  I think I saw some people complain that before , too

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
