Please help, I was scheduled to change to the 4 GB data / $120 promo plan. The change didn't work properly. I had a $120 balance and no service. UPDATE: Manually changed to the old $120 / 6 GB / Provincial talk and text plan - my balance is $0.00 and account is listed as ACTIVE but I still cannot make or receive calls or use data. Please reactivate my account and switch my plan to the 12 GB $40 promo plan than just expired. We urgently need phone service back, we’ve been Public Mobile customers for 2 years. Mods please check your private messages as I have sent all of you messages with my account number and phone number.
