A blank plan is a regularly occuring bug. It's not an indication of any account issue. While.the site is doing this, customers can't peform such tasks as changing plans. This problem usually fixes itself.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.
