Hey, I am missing txts and phonecalls and voicemssages. no trace of it tho people have shown me that they did. this has happened before about 4 months ago . happening again now. thoughts ? kindly me
@Sylvia19 very strange, I don't believe I have heard of this before. You probably should reach out to a support agent, you will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

what phone do you have? Can yo make calls without problem?
is that a new activation or existing ? Try reboot the phone first and then try Reset all networks and test inbound calls and text again
did you try reboot your phone?
