Hi , I ordered the SIM card last month to take the 20gb for $35 promo however they delivered the sim card so late. Can you please help me to get the promo. Thank you

I just checked my account. I still see the available $55 plan for 20 GB data and was able to apply the promo code 20OFFMONTHLY.
So, this deal may still be available for new activations. You can try to activate and see whether you can duplicate my above findings.

@Angel061859 we have another customer came back and mentioned that CS agent was able to honour the promo still after he showed them the sim order. So, open ticket with PM support and push them for escalation.

You should create a ticket and contact agent and explain situation. Not your fault SIM came late..
