Hi all,
I am a new subscriber and have ported over my phone number from Bell. It seems that it all went well as my data and texting is all good but now not that I am unable to make or receive calls on LTE. If I use 3G or HSPA my calls work so porting must have been good. I did all the checks with APN, Sim and power cycle to no avail. Anyone have an issue like this?

Sorry, but Public Mobile will not allow this model to use VoLTE.

Yes it is the device as I finally got an agent that knew what they were dealing with and gave me a list of compatible devices and the Samsung S10 wasn't on it. Even though my phone does voice over LTE on the public network it doesn't work. Thanks for your input.

it might be a. incompatible phone issue. What model is your phone?
do you have another phone to test the sim?
