Getting a message “Sorry, we’re not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.”
Have tried several times in the past few days to make a payment by credit card (Visa).
Appreciate any suggestions.

when is your renewal? it not soon, wait even longer before try again. But remember, voucher can be a backup plan

What do you mean by “PM app”?
I am using an iOS phone to browse to public mobile website (using private browsing).

@LucyJD If you can wait full 24 hours and try again incognito mode / private mode or from another device can also try app instead also , if your in a hurry buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating credit card later

if you can still wait, wait 24 hours and try again using browser with Incognito mode and try with PM app
if account is expiring and need renewal now, get voucher from stores like shoppers drug mart and load the voucher on My Account or *611
