The phone number on my esim is not the one that I had ported.

I changed from bell to PM.  I got an esim and ported my phone number.  My old carrier sent the verification that it was ported.

My phone number is not working and neither are my two factor authentication.

I ported 6 days ago.  The activation email I received said that the number was being ported.  When I go into my phone settings, go about, the phone number for the esim is not the one I ported.

Public Mobile does not assign temporary phone number in cases of the customer choosing to port in during activations.

Hi,

When did you port? Usually, a temporary number is assigned to you until the port is completed. As for the 2FA, you could click "Forgot Password" and use your email to receive a code.

Have you tried restarting your phone? also can try Resetting Network settings.

If you have done both of those, but the number is still not showing correct, you can reach out to a PM customer service agent to make sure the port process went through correctly. you can message them here:
