Since Public is prepaid, you will not need to pay anything further when you port out to another company. There will be no final bill. You already prepaid in advance. No refunds either,
If you already ported out and you are unable to access your PM account, that means that your PM account is permanently closed.

Public Mobile is prepaid so you would have already paid for the month. If you are porting out, then you need to keep Public Mobile account active and once the port is completed, it should automatically close PM.
Then you can message PM at the link below to ask them to remove your credit card from their file so that they're no 'accidental charges ' later.

@yyang55 pm is pre paid service if you ported the number out to new carrier successfully it will automatically close your PM account and you owe nothing . You pre paid for the service so your free to port out anytime you like no worries you owe public mobile nothing
adding @yyang55 you can’t log in because you ported number out and your account is closed hence you cannot log in . There’s nothing left for you to do
