i was trying to get a phone working for my son but the sim card didn't work so we changed overtly chatr since they have actual people to talk to. Public mobile is still taking my money even though there is no phone number linked to the acct and the device never worked with their sim card. I need it to stop but can't talk to an actual person or get an answer.
